Ordered this Chardonnay at a restaurant to have with salmon and it’s lovely. Very much Rombauer-ish. Lovely floral in oak essences with notes of vanilla, lemon curd, mild caramel. Full malolactic acid and medium body. Lovely lasting flavor
Paired beautifully with my salmon, crab, cream sauce and vegetables.
The internet says that it price range between 20 and 22 in the restaurant charged 40. Lovely Rombauer alternative.
