Willamette, valley re-enjoyed a visited champagne house product again. 2014 Argyle vintage Brut. Bought it while visiting Oregon in 2017. 65% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier. Tart,

cherry flavors dominate, evident of the Pinot noir base. Bright and citrusy. Lovely mousse. Enjoyed holding the mousse and feeling the tingling all over the mouth, a wonderful sensation from the full yet light-bodied mousse, which continued even after the bottle was opened a few hours (bouchon capped). Enjoyable if you like tangy, dry champagnes.
Paieed it with a teriyaki stir-fry of chicken and fresh vegetables and it was lovely.
